Frida the Fierce was designed to showcase the more masculine and rebellious side of Frida Kahlo. She wasn’t afraid to be true to herself. A miniature pewter like crown that adorns her head allows this piece to be multifunctional. It is filled with paint brushes but can be utilized to hold other treasures. Next to Frida stands a petite, white furred llama who is quietly contemplating a bejeweled Frida portrait. These thoughtfully placed elements portray a peaceful yet fierce image. Embellishments are made from vintage, new and found materials. All art pieces are original, unique and thoughtfully created.
