About the Artist
William began woodworking in high school and found a hobby that he truly enjoyed. Through the years, he has built a number of items, many of which reside in his home and that of his family members, in some cases for more than 35 years! That desire to create beautiful, functional items has stayed with him all these years. Now semi-retired and with time and creativity on his side, he has renewed his interest in producing individual handmade items to share with others. No mass production here; all items are made one at a time with attention to detail and functionality and how the final owner will ultimately use it. Since every piece of wood is different, so will the outcome of each product. Whether a simple cutting board made from domestic hardwoods or an elaborate charcuterie board from 100 year-old Italian olive wood with epoxy inlay, each one is carefully crafted, sanded and finished to provide many years of enjoyment. William is glad to be able to share his talents with others and share in the enjoyment each product will bring to their new owners!
