13 inch wide pine needle basket crocheted with dark red Irish linen thread. The center is a round carved wood lantern with holly and berries. The edge is finished with dark red ribbon.
About the artist:
Jennie J Malloy is a Sacramento based artist who has been creating many different types of art since she was a teenager. In 2010 she began studying with the Southern California based basketry artist Margaret Schultz. She began writing poetry as a teenager and published a book of poetry in 2021.
