4 1/2 inch diameter basket made with dark brown pine needles and dark brown Irish linen thread. The center is a shell and it is made with shell beads throughout.
About the artist:
Jennie J Malloy is a Sacramento based artist who has been creating many different types of art since she was a teenager. In 2010 she began studying with the Southern California based basketry artist Margaret Schultz. She began writing poetry as a teenager and published a book of poetry in 2021.
