Upcycled unknown label off-white jean jacket is embellished with a Frida Kahlo transfer image. The wearable artpiece is titled "broken column". The story depicts her pain and suffering as a result of her trolley accident. I highlighted, w/embroidery thread, her unibrow, eyelids, nails, column and straps. The cherry blossom embroidered applique surrounds her head and front of jacket panels. Not the typical flowers that she is usually adorned with. Her quotes are in both spanish and english. A sequined bee and patch accent the look. A very detailed jacket. Jacket was handwashed with eco-friendly detergent prior to the embellishment being applied. Size sm. but can fit a size medium. Stretchy 98%cot. 2% spandex. Carefully handwash or dry clean for best results.
