Heating Instructions: Fold in half and place in the microwave for 20-second increments until your desired temperature is reached. Heat your neck wrap slowly, as flaxseed inside can burn. Warming, cooling, and washing instructions are also included in a sew-in tag on the cover for your reference.

Many of our customers will use their neck wrap either warmed or cooled on their shoulders to help relax sore tight muscles, or abdomen to help with cramping.
How do I care for my neck wrap? Spot clean pillow with a slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge pillow in water. However, feel free to wash the removable cover as it is machine washable and can be dried.
