These images are cyanotypes which are a form of alternative photography.  The crow's feathers were found on a local walk and placed on sensitized paper with various sprays and powders to create textures & tones.  The paper was placed in the sun.  After exposure, the prints were rinsed, dried and cured.  These two panels (diptych) are collaged with other pieces of cyanotypes and eco prints.  The prints are mounted on a 4" x 6" x 3/4 " natural cradle boards and then given a protective coat.  They can be used separately or together and may be hung on a wall or placed on a table or shelf.
