This is an original cyanotype which is a form of alternative photography. After being exposed to the sun, the print was rinsed, dried & cured. Watercolor and ink were used to enhance the print. The print was mounted on a cradle board measuring 4" x 6" X 7/8" and sealed with cold wax. This item was created in Sacramento, CA.
About the Artist
Pam is a native Californian and a local Sacramento artist. She holds a BFA from the California College of the Arts with a major in Design. She has continued her education with many online & studio classes in watercolor, acrylics and cyanotypes. Pam has traveled throughout the United States during her lifetime immersing herself in nature. The photographs & sketches from these travels are what have continued to inspire much of her work. When not creating or traveling Pam is usually off hiking and birding local haunts. She supports her favorite charities through donations of money earned from her artwork and donations of her artwork for auctions.
