Since 2012 the Art of Being program at Wellspring has contributed to the well-being of our guests by: offering creative and cultural activities to celebrate our diverse community in Oak Park and surrounding neighborhoods; offering expressive therapy using the healing potential of art to address trauma; and offering art, sewing, and craft workshops to expose women to the joy of learning a new skill and creating art for themselves, their families, and community. All creative opportunities are offered for free within a trusted neighborhood gathering place. Learn more at https://www.wellspringwomen.org/artofbeing
