This has to be the cutest tea-themed apron ever! The Mary Engelbreit "Teapots and Teacups" fabric is whimsically combined with a bold black & white striped pocket that spans the width of the apron. There's another pop of black & white stripes at the top, finished off with a sassy pink button. Fully lined.
Lovingly created by one of our sewing program volunteers.
Upcycled, donated cotton

Since 2012 the Art of Being program at Wellspring has contributed to the well-being of our guests by: offering creative and cultural activities to celebrate our diverse community in Oak Park and surrounding neighborhoods; offering expressive therapy using the healing potential of art to address trauma; and offering art, sewing, and craft workshops to expose women to the joy of learning a new skill and creating art for themselves, their families, and community.
