Originally designed by a retired nurse, these contoured cotton face masks are made well to last. They have 3 layers of fabric and a pocket for an additional filter if desired. (FiIter not included) The mask has an adjustable nose bridge wire promoting a snug fit to the face around the nose. These masks are re-usable and washable. Please wash the masks prior to use and do not microwave. Proudly made in Sacramento, California.

As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a MELT Hand and Foot Instructor, Terri has been working in the healthcare industry for over 28 years. Her work with clients entails helping them explore their own unique concerns regarding their health, nutrition, and overall wellbeing, and the steps needed to create and live a life more in balance are different for every individual.
