The vintage tugboat embroidery purple velvet is the focus for this bag. I found this little boat in a frame at an antique mall. I handstitched it to some purple velvet that used to be a curtain. It is lined with some polka dot fabric that was leftover from another project. The handles are cotton rope that were a remnant.
